Fencing with Death
Written for

who's been hospitalised. This has been inspired by you Akky! Sorry there's no get well poem

I'm no good at that stuff. Most people would say get well, but I had to be different and write about fencing with death

Oh well...

Depending on which half of the hourglass it's on, the subsequent line was longer or shorter than the previous line when I first wrote it. I didn't count on the fact that changing the font would change the length of the line

Oh well, at least it's got the general shape, and it isn't lopsided like the last one

beautiful...This poem makes me think of death as a young English man thats more then a little fair to people. Thanks for a new out look on the Grim Reaper, Death, whatever you'd like to call him.

brilliant!! and i mean just brilliant.. even before i got half way through i just thought to myself dammit.. this goes straight into my faves.. what i love most is the significance in the way you've arranged the lines.. i love it.. i just plain love it.. wow!!
